Montessori St Nicholas are pleased to announce the new appointments for the Head of Education, Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing and Communications and Head of Digital Education.
Preeti Patel, Head of Education
Preeti Patel has been appointed as MCI’s Head of Education in a new role that sits on the senior management team at Montessori St Nicholas (MSN). James Hudson has been recruited to Director of Marketing and External Relations, overseeing marketing and fundraising for the organisation.
After fifteen years practice in a Montessori day-care nursery as Nursery Manager and an Early Years Educator, Preeti Patel originally took on the role of Academic Placement Tutor in 2016 at Montessori Centre International (MCI) before being promoted to Head of Education. Preeti holds a BA (Hons) Degree, Montessori International Diploma and an Early Years Teacher Status. Preeti will bringing together MCI, MEAB and MSA to deliver the objectives of MSN.
James Hudson, Director of Marketing and External Relations
James Hudson joined MSN as Senior Marketing Manager in August 2018 before his promotion to Director of Marketing and External Relations at the start of January.
James is an international marketing and communications professional with over 15 years’ experience working in management roles across the education, charity, research, digital publishing and media sectors for non-profit and commercial enterprises. James is responsible for maximising the impact of MSN‘s marketing, communications and fundraising activities and is a member of the group’s Executive Team.
Jeremy Clarke, Head of Digital Education
Jeremy Clarke joined Montessori Centre International in 2013 as Leader of E-Learning and has been appointed the Head of Digital Education. He oversees the college’s online learning provision, including courses taught through our active blended learning approach. He is also an assessor for MEAB.
He spent 13 years as a schoolteacher, 12 of which were in Early Years classes and has been delivering seminars for Early Years professionals and college students for seven years.
Jeremy received his BA (QTS) in Environmental Science and Outdoor Studies studying in the Lake District at Charlotte Mason College, Ambleside. He completed his Montessori Diploma at MCI.
Sharan Sihra, Head of Marketing and Communications
Sharan Sihra has joined MSN as Head of Marketing and Communications.
Sharan has a wealth of experience in influencing the brand position of both private and public sector organisations, capturing audiences, building engagement and converting interest. She has reimagined audience approaches that have resulted in increased business, engagement and connectivity and will be responsible for conceiving and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies across the organisation.
