Barbara Isaacs, Chief Education Officer at Montessori Centre International says:

“We have been offering these courses for 5  years and they always prove incredibly popular, so we are delighted to be once again working in partnership with the V&A Museum of Childhood.

It’s always wonderful to work with parents, especially when you see the lightbulb moments of ‘Oh! So that’s why my child does that!’. We appreciate, of course, that no one knows their child better than the parent but it’s great to be able to share methods and ideas that can make life a little easier for the whole family.

The Montessori approach offers so much information that parents can use to get a better understanding of their children; not only in those moments of challenging behaviour but also in the long term to support their development,”

The course is suitable for parents of children up to 5 years of age, and runs over 7 consecutive Saturdays.
