ICT in the Montessori Nursery - R10 Twilight Evening

Emma Gowers, Directress at the Gower School and Montessori St. Nicholas Trustee, hosted a very successful R10 Twilight evening on May 22nd last. The meeting was held to share and discuss thoughts on ICT in the Montessori Nursery.

We were delighted to welcome Harriet Price to facilitate the evening. Harriet trained at London University where she completed a B.Ed, specialising in Early Years Education, and an MA in Language and Literature.

Harriet gave a very informative speech and presented practical presentations with materials on how to increase childrens ideas on this subject and she demonstrated a range of resources and activities with audience participation.

There was also time for questions and discussion following the meeting, and everyone came away with refreshing and exciting ideas inspired by Harriet which they felt could be possibly be implemented in each of their own settings.
