The British Cheese Board has recently produced a new education pack called All About Cheese which is aimed at Foundation Teachers and Key Stage 1.

The pack is a perfect teaching aid, guiding teachers through issues such as healthy eating and the importance of calcium in the diet so that children can start to learn how to make informed choices about their eating habits.

The pack contains a wide selection of interactive activities all designed to help children develop their skills and to encourage involvement.
