For over 40 years, Voice has been speaking up for professionals in early years, education and childcare.

We believe that each member is unique. That’s why our success as a union is based on a commitment to delivering a personal service that supports people as individuals – ensuring your place of work is somewhere you feel valued, secure and rewarded.

We understand the responsibility we have to support the children we educate, alongside protecting ourselves – which is why our members believe in negotiation, not industrial action.
