Training Policies

• The MSA shall seek to support the CPD training of Montessori teachers and other staff. To help fellow Montessorians reach their full potential academically, spiritually, emotionally and physically.
• MSA will aim to make training available to all who feel they will benefit from the training being provided. All applicants will be treated equally and fairly.
• Places will be allocated in the first instance to MSA members.
• We work in accordance with all relevant legislation, including:
  • Disabled Persons Act 1958, 1986
  • Race Relations Act 1976
  • Sex Discrimination Act 1986
• Complaints about any aspect of the workshop should be directed in the first place to the MSA Training Co-ordinator and thereafter the CEO of the Montessori St Nicholas Charity.
• MSA aim to uphold and put into practice our group policies. These policies are available on request at all times.
