Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings will only be accepted using the booking form. Faxes, e-mail and telephone bookings will NOT be accepted. Payment must be received in full in advance of training.
2. Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis, with MSA school members being given priority.
3. Once receiving a booking form and payment from the setting, an administrator will be in contact to confirm the booking.
4. We will ensure that owners/managers are notified of any changes that it may have been necessary to make to the training they have booked.
5. If we are unable to provide your nominated training, you will be notified. If this is the case an alternative may be offered. If the alternative is not acceptable, the booking fee will be refunded.
6. If a deposit has been charged for a course and the school cancels the school will forfeit their deposit.
7. On completion of the workshop all attendees will receive a Certificate of Continued Professional Development.
